Where to install 2XApplication and Load balancing server

On the download page for version 4 it says to not install this on your Terminal Servers but in the manual it says nothing about this. So where should it be installed.

If we have to install it on another server and not our TS then does this not reduce the abiltiy of the drag and drop publishing, as I do not have all my apps installed on every server. Really makes publishing apps more difficult all around.

 

ApplicationServer can be installed directrly on the terminalserver in single server environments, in multiple environments, the controller must be installed on a machine and only ts agents installed on each terminal server.
