I purchased an upgrade from Mac Desktop 4.0 to 5 through the online procedure. After installing the software (which blew away my 4.0) the program asks for a new key. This wasn't sent to my eMail address. I then applied for and got a temporary key through the automated system which arrived in my eMail immediatly. So I'm trying to figure out what the problem is with getting my full upgrade key for 5.0. any ideas? --- L
