    I have a MacBook Air 2019 version with an Intel I3 processor, 8 gb ram and 256 gb SSD
    which combination of parallels and windows do I install for better performance
    I tried parallels 19 with windows 11, and this slows down my MacBook and the windows experience is very slow and lagging
