Who got their survey reward?

It seems to me that maybe one (1) person would report their delight on the Parallels forums for being one of the first 100 to fill out Parallels' limited survey a couple of months ago, and then receiving their promised modest reward. Anyone? Not me. Silence is deafening.

Not me either. I have emailed Parallels about this, as apart from the fact that Parallels issued their survey when I had already retired for the night (time difference USA - GMT) I responded immediately the following morning.
