My MacBook is brand new. I bought Parallels and Windows XP. I installed Parallels and Micorsoft determined that I had a "corrupt disk" and sent me a new one. It arrived today and this is what happened:

I installed Parallels again, and tried to install Windows XP but when I got to the screen that said:

    Welcome to setup
This portion of the setup program prepares microsoft Windows XP to run on your computer.
To set uo Windows XP now, press ENTER.

Nothing happens when I press ENTER.

I even tried creating an iso image and nothing worked.
I desperately need this for work. Could anyone please help?

I've had that happen before...turned out to be a bad disk (it wouldn't work on any computer), so test it out on another computer or two and see if the setup program runs. Since you have a license, you can borrow someone else's retail CD.
