Why do I have a Request for Registration of Registered Product?

I have had a licensed, registered copy of Parallels for several months now. When I request an update, it asks me to register my product.

The registration asks me for my activation key. Now, I have my key here somewhere, but why do I need to find it and re-register?

Is this action caused by something I have done, or failed to do?

I do not see my name on the About Parallels. It says I have an active copy but does not contain my name. I have updated the product at least one time before.

Please advise.
