When I start up Parallels (5600), pvsnatd attempts to reach out to a bunch of unknown IP addresses. One, for example, was resolved to hosted.by.alphred.com. If I deny the outbound requests, it keeps trying other seemingly random IP addresses. Most IP addresses can't be resolved. The request is always on UDP port 7024. If I deny all of these requests, my internet connection still works. I've scanned my VM for viruses and have not found anything, but this behaviour seems 'unusual' to say the least. Is it possible the Mac pvsnatd process is infected? Any suggestions? TIA.
