Win 10 reports 218GB used, 37GB free on VM hard disk that is 26GB resales size

    Win 10 reports weird hard disk (C:) sizes running Parallels 14 (up to date). It reports only 37GB is free. But there is 250GB free on the underlying macOS hard disk and the disk configured is 256GB and takes up 26GB real space on macOS.

    In that situation, how can I install something that is 60GB in size?
