I have a macbook air running 11.2.3 Big Sur. A couple of days ago, I ran a new Windows 10 update, and afterward, Windows would start inside Parallels ok, but the screen resolution was 800x600 ("recommended" it said), and also there was a Network error message that said Windows couldn't access //Mac/home/desktop. I followed some instructions found on this forum, and eventually RESET Windows altogether with no success. Even though I set the screen resolution to the highest setting, the icons on the desktop are still way too big. How do I get the screen resolution back to normal? And how do I get Windows to connect again to my Mac through parallels? Thanks
