Win 11 update... parallels seems freezed there

Hi, I'm running windows 11 ARM on Parallels 17 & Macbook Pro 14 M1.
I got a new message of a new update for Win 11 on ARM and I chose to install it.
It's been like 3 hours ago, and still I got only the update black screen running.. but anything else happens. I can't quit and restart...or whatever else...
help please

Nothing, may anyone help? I'va also ended the trial period and I can't buy it if I cant reset this problem.

Hello, Please follow the steps to reset the virtual machine.
1. Choose Reset from the Virtual Machine menu.
2. Click the Reset button in the Parallels Desktop toolbar. ...
3. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del while the keyboard input is captured inside a virtual machine window.
