Win 7 Guest Power Options?

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I can't seem to find the specific answers I'm looking for. My Win 7 Guest's Power Options are set to Never (by default by Parallels?) in both Battery and Plugged-in.

If Parallels is running, does this prevent the Mac (I'm running Lion 10.7.4) from going to sleep at its own pre-defined settings?

Hoping to get some answers here, but no interest, anyone? Since the default settings was set by Parallels as "never", is this preventing the Mac from going to Sleep?

How is your Win 7's Power Options set?
