Great! You can try the following steps to fix the issue if you experience it in the future.
1.Quit from Parallels Desktop
2. Open Terminal.app and
execute these commands:
cd /Users/username/Library/Logs/CrashReporter
tar czf ~/Desktop/MobileDevice.tgz MobileDevice
mv MobileDevice MobileDevice.old
where username is the name of your Mac user.
3. Open Parallels Desktop and check the issue
