In yesterday's WSJ column introducing that other virtual machine program, Walt Mossberg said this about Parallels: "...both allow Windows programs to float on their own, with the Windows desktop hidden, so that they look and feel just like Mac programs." Is that right? So I would have a 'Eudora' window on my Mac desktop, instead of a WindowsXP window with Eudora running in it? I'd like to be able to do that... can somebody tell me how? -PS
Once again I appear to have answered my own question: click the "coherence" icon in the OS window, or "coherence" in the Parallels menu. Presto, Eudora in its own window on the Mac desktop. What else does "Coherence" do? I know... read the f'ing manual...<g> --PS
