"Win + Space" shortcut does not work in Win8 under Parallels Desktop

Could you please help me with language switching settings.
Can't stand why "Win + Space" shortcut does not work in Win8 under Parallels Desktop 9.

Please follow the steps as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/111674 in order to change keyboard layout.
