I used Image Tool with the new 5060 build to increase my HDD size, which to tool reported as having completed successfully. Moreover, finder does report a larger file size.
Unfortunately, when I start up the VM, Win XP still reports the disk as same size as before. Is there an additional step that I have to take, or is this a bug with Image Tool?

    Thanks for any suggestions

Read this post for instructions on how to resize your Windows partition after running Parallels Image Tool. Since you have already resized using Image Tool then start from the first step and just skip step 2. You could also instead, if you want, change the extra space into a partition.
