Win XP OEM and DSP OEI

After purchasing Parallels Desktop, I read that you cannot use an OEM version of Windows on it. Will a DSP OEI version work?

You can use an oem version, they just have to disclaimer like that due to MS

Please not that using OEM software is license violation, also some OEM versions you simply cannot install like special for SonyVaio
