Win XP SP3 Update Failing on Tiger

I am running Parallels Desktop 3.0 - Build 5608 on Tiger (10.4.11). Everytime I try to install the Win XP SP3 Update from Microsoft Update, it runs for a long time, installs all the updates, and then I start getting "can not read memory" errors during the "Post Install Operations".

Has anyone else experienced this, and is there any known resolution?

Please try to download Windows XP SP3 directly from mcirosoft.com, and also do not forget to disable antiviruses - Microsoft recomendation
