When I start Win XP from Parallels desk top, the xp window is so large the bottom goes off the screen makes it impossible to click the start button, or to even drag the windosw ize to something smaller. The only way to use it is to go to full screen mode. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.

What Parallels version?
Did you install Parallels Tools?

Right click go to properties
Ajust the size and display pproperties.
Now drag the window to the size you actually want.
Determine the width and height of the window.
Shutdown Windows
Goto the Configuration Options
Select video
Enable custom size
Add the width and height you determined above.
Now Windows should always open (after the intial boot screen)
to the size you set.
