Win7 Recommendations for MS Office

Help!

I have to run MS Office (including Project and Outlook). I would like to use Win7 as the OS and not XP. Is there an optimum installation process (recommended settings) I can follow? This will be my "Work environment" -- no support for games is necessary... Just hardcore MS Office user in Windows environment.

I have a MBP with 4GB. My current install consumes (parallels 5 and win7) almost 1.75-2GB (windows set to 1GB); and I have one CPU assigned.

Can I do better?

You could try and optimise for OS X - that will reduce your memory requirements (may make the VM a tad slower). 1 processor should be ok. If you don't need Window's fancy Aero interface, turn off 3D acceleration and reduce the video memory to 4MB or so, that will also save on memory.
