Window Installation Issue/s on Mac M1

At the moment I'm trying to install window into Parallel and we get to the Installation Assistant due to it having an issue.
A blue page pop up that says recovery with the error code "0xc0000225" and search around that if you press f8 on Macs it will send you to the startup setting, but instead I get another error. The second error that appears is "0xc000000f". I'm not an expert on this, so I will take any help that I can.
