window manager moves window to primary display when using shortcuts

I have a macbook pro with 4 external screens. When using the keyboard shortcuts to resize a window, it gets moved away from the external screen it is on currently and gets placed onto the primary macbook screen. The window should stay on the screen that it currently is on and just get resized according the shortcut that was used.

I am using Parallels Toolbox Business Edition Version 5.5.1 (4410)
