Windows 10 ARM on Mac M1? - PLEASE HELP!!

Hi All! I have searched all this forum but I can't seem to find an answer. Also It seems a lot of people with M1 Macs and Windows 10 are having issue! I just purchased Parallels for the fact that I can run Windows 10 ARM. Now it seems Microsoft has removed that and only Windows 11 ARM is available!? which is very frustrating. I also heard about the Uddp website as well. But some are saying that the old version of windows 10 doesn't work. Can someone PLEASE HELP me!??? I need windows 10 on my Mac M1 and I have no other choice at the moment. I feel I just paid for Parallels for not reasons.
