Windows 10 Conversion

I have tried to convert my current Windows 10 machine and every time I try to load it onto my MAC, I get a no bootable device found. I have tried everything reading up on possible issues, (EFI, Hidden Partitions, changing boot to NVMe, ETC) and can't seem to be able to figure out what to do. I would appreciate some help.
