Windows 10 Docking Station Display Issue

We are having issues with 2x Client running on Windows 10 (example Surface) using a docking station and second monitor. It seems the screen is cut off displaying part of the served applications window in black. Has anyone else experienced similar problems and if so does anyone have a resolution?
