Windows 10 gets hung up on installation with Parallels 12

Hello, I am running Catalina on my Mac. I have installed Parallels 12 and trying to "upgrade" to Windows 10 since there is no support for 7 anymore. I have tried doing a fresh install with a USB Thumbdrive as well as doing it with an iso file like I did before. Both are getting hung up with a black screen and "Parallels Wizard" showing at the top with a spinning wheel. This ran all last night last with no progress. Please advise.

Parallels Desktop 12 doesn't compatible with macOS Catalina.
That is why you can get an issue with your Parallels Desktop software and with your vWindows virtual machines.
