Windows 10 is laggy and buggy in Parallels 15

I upgraded to Mac OSX Catalina and had to upgrade to Parallels 15 cause 14 was to buggy and laggy to run. After using it awhile, Windows 10 starts to hang and alot of my unsaved projects keep getting lost (I'm using FL studio). Its been buggy and laggy and then it hangs and justs stops, not just my music production software, windows explorer just lags. Any way to fix it?
