is there any way to create a windows 10 virtual machine on Mac M2? I received this error:
The specified image cannot be used because your Mac is equipped with the Apple M series chip that doesn't support Intel-based operating systems.

when i tried installing it. I then tried to do it manually according to :
    https://forum.parallels.com/threads/arm64-iso-and-vhdx-images.351847/
this thread, and it still don't work. Just shows "there's no os installed"

Unless you can 'safely' get it another way, the only way that you got the image before was through the insider program, but the Win10 program was retired (IIRC) when the Win11 program was released for insiders.

I'm sorry I don't know what you mean, I got the image iso file on this:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10ISO

Website. Is this not the image I need?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

Windows 10 Arm is no longer officially supported.

Windows 11 Pro and Enterprise editions are officially supported on MacBook with M-series chips:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...m2-chips-cd15fd62-9b34-4b78-b0bc-121baa3c568c

We recommend that you create a virtual Windows 11 machine, because in our experience, all applications supported in Windows 10 Arm also work in Windows 11 Arm

In my case, Windows 11 does not supports The Food Processor, which runs fine in Windows 10. I have a MacBook Air 2024 M3 and one of the 2 reasons I installed Parallels 10 and Windows, was to run this Professional Nutrition software. The other is Microsoft Money and it runs fine in Windows 11. I have tried to download a Windows 10 version for Apple M chips, but no success. I understand is no longer supported but even Microsoft says we should ask someone who has the copy (Microsoft Insider). Does somebody here has the link or the copy?
