I am using Parallels for Mac 12.2.1 and after an upgrade, once again parallels says to reinstall Parallels Tools. Every time I upgrade I have this same issue. Well Parallel Tools will not install and I have been all the way through the registry tweaks to kill previous entries. I think the problem is rooted in the inability for my Windows 10 VM to log into my Mac shred folders. It asks for credentials but the stored password no longer works. I do not remember any other passwrod, and there is no option to reset it there. How do I reset access for Windows 10 to see Mac Shared Folders?
