Windows 10 no longer accessible

Installed Windows 10 successfully few weeks ago as a free upgrade for Windows 8.1. and worked fine until today

Now Parallels Desktop Control Centre only shows Windows 8.1. When clicked on neither version of Windows opens.

Looks like the name of the virtual machine is not changed after upgrading to Windows 10. Check this article to change the name of the virtual machine.
Do you get any error message when you try to open Windows? Please check if the Window is coherence mode and keep us posted.
