Windows 10 on full screen desktop mode?

Hi guys I have just installed the Windows 10 on my Mac running on Parallels. However it seems that I can't get into that Windows 10 full screen desktop mode? What i've got is windows 10 at the bottom right hand corner of my my desktop?

Please help me out guys. THanks in advance.
