Windows 10 only shows Black Screen after reactivating from Standby

Bit poster
Parallels 14 with Win 10 Pro.
I changed several settings for the Tastatur and set windows to Standby after that.
I quited parallels and after restart parallels my windows was in Standby. By reactivating Windows i see only a Black Screen.
Shut down Windows with right mouse-click in the Control-center does not function.
