Windows 10 Problem

I didn't get the symptoms quite right. I can log in once. Then when I log out I can't log in again. After a length of time (unknown), I can log in once then I am locked out from logging in again for some length of time.

I managed to fix this. When I was able to log in, I found how to update Windows 10 and did so. Thereafter, I can log in at will.

 

Have tried the sequence suggested here http://kb.parallels.com/en/122745 several times only to meet the problem at install of 'unknown command line option.' Obviously Parallels wasn't and isn't ready to Windows 10.
