windows 10 pvm frozen

    I cannot 'restart' windows 10 by the usual means since the window is frozen. When I 'quit' the pvm, and restart it, it just 'resumes' and displays the locked window.

    How do I force the restart?

    Hi, did you try to go to Actions menu and choose restart/or stop option?
