WIndows 10 Starting Thunderbird Problems

Hi all,
WIndows 10 under Parallels Desktop 16.1 on my MBP with Big Sur 11.01 beta starts without any problems.
If i opens Mozilla Thunderbird, Parallels switches my Win10 into Standby and the popup with a critical graphic error in Windows 10 shows up. Wakeup the machine crashes the App Mozilla Thunderbird. I can´t use Thunderbird.
Same problem sometimes in Mozilla Firefox

Any ideas to use Thunderbird in parallels without a Windows 10 Graphic-Crash?
 
yes I have problem with Thunderbird from long time ago Parallels Desktop 16 also not fix it, the my problem is new version thunderbird window I can't see it , it always fliking, so I use old version about 2 years.
