This is probably a Windows problem, but will using restart or shutdown from the Parallels Action menu do any harm? Any other suggestions?
You could lose any unsaved work but if you were all ready shutting down im guessing that you work was saved. Other than that the reset option should do the trick to get you back going if this is just a windows hang up. It will defiantly get it shut down and restarted.
