Windows 10 Stuck when Opening and Saving

Hi! Thanks for the help in advance.

I am facing an issue when using Windows 10 on Parallells in a MacBook Pro (Catalina).

Whenever I am faced with the necessity to choose where to save or open a file / document / etc Windows Explores crashes to a point that I have to go on Activity Monitor on the Mac and force quit Windows 10. This issue persists for a long time.

Any ideas?

Even I noticed the same issue earlier but got resolved later.
As I create many Windows 10 VMs, I noticed it happens to the new VMs, then somehow it settles down. I hope this can throw some light.
