Hi, I had windows 8.1 on my parallels, and updated it to 10 with a license code. I've started the update and now I can't use parallels any more. It's jammed on this screen (see attachment) Solidworks is on this virtual machine and I can't install solidworks again, so I need to use this virtual machine. How can I get back to the instal screen or anything?
