Please Click on Actions > Configure > Sharing > Share Windows and enable the option " shortcuts to virtual disk on Mac desktop"

Hi Pinfante, You may have to reinstall Parallels Tools in Windows virtual machine from Actions->Reinstall Parallels Tools and restart your Windows virtual machine and check how it works. Thanks! PC
