Windows 10 VM dropping network connection

I have a use who is on a
MacBook Air (13-inch Early 2015)
OSX 10.11.5
Parallels version 10.4.0

Who is having an issue with his Windows 10 VM dropping the network connection randomly. We have had his system setup in Bridge (both Wi-Fi and Default adapter) as well as shared. and randomly or when he goes from Wi-Fi to ethernet the connection drops out. Has anyone seen this issue before?

Hi Matthew, I would like to inform that Parallels Desktop 10 is not fully optimized for El Capitan, Parallels Desktop 11 is the El Capitan optimized version. You can try installing and activate Parallels Desktop 11 trial then check if the issue persists or not. You can refer this article to activate trial.
