Windows 10 VM installation crashes in Parallels 15.1.5 (47309) macOs Catalina 10.15.7

I have parallels 15 and macOS Catalina. Windows 10 VM started behaving strange after the latest March 2022 Windows updates. For instance I couldn't run microsoft office. I deleted the windows 10 VM and I tried to reinstall it. The installation crashes. I'm not sure if upgrading to parallels 17 will solve the problem, as my mac mini late 2012 does not support any further macOS upgrades. And parallels 15 is compatible with macOS Catalina. I'm tired with all these upgrades. I think it's time to get rid of parallels

Problem solved with messenger support message. I had to reinstall parallels tools
