parallels 14 kept crashing my computer and support told me to update. NOW Windows won't boot...over and over again it tries but fails and says there is a problem. HELP! I wish I had never upgraded and I can't believe I am paying a subscription fee only to loose data, work and so much time.

Hi @dwbrown77, can you please send us a Technical Data collected right after the booting error (Help menu > Send Technical Data...)? This will help us significantly, please reply me back with the report ID number.
