windows 10

running a legal version of windows 8.1 on parallel. when in windows i don't see computer icon, machine says trial period ended and i can't get free windows 10 upgrade bc of that ,any idea

Please try reactivating your copy of Windows with valid activation key, if still issue persist please make a phone activation with Microsoft by referring http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950929 and please let us know how it goes.

well now i have a different problem , when i open 8.1 i get back screen

Hi orman21, If you come across the same issue, please reset Windows Virtual Machine from Action->Reset and it should work. Thanks!
