Hello, Please follow the steps from this link: https://kb.parallels.com/en/122615 to troubleshoot your issue. Check with the network card driver support team to see if their drivers will work with the Windows 11 ARM on M1 mac.

Hi, please try to follow instructions from https://kb.parallels.com/en/8978 . If issue persists, let us know if Windows 11 doesn't have network connectivity or you're trying to install NIC manually.
