tried reinstalling the PD, but it just continues downloading where i left it at and tried deleting this windows 11 download and tried downloading it again but same thing happened. im in need to get it to work as soon as possible

i literally reset my whole mac, a factory defaults reset and tried installing windows 11 as the first thing to do, it just doesnt work, and theres no direct live agent support to request support, what is this bs
