[Windows 11 TPM] Allow easier to backup/transfer Win11 Parallels' file

This feature request is based on the discussion of:

Currently backing/copying Windows 11 with TPM (which Windows 11 install is mandatory for Mac M1 or later) without using iCloud (where many users have security/privacy concern) is the painful process.

Is it possible to add the following feature to address Windows TPM issue, which will solve a lot of pain for user:
- by create two buttons:
---> (1) Remove TPM + auto-package
---> (2) un-package + Re-add TPM

So we as users can just focus on:
(1) Backup the parallel's file into Harddrive
(2) Copy/Paste the parallel's file
Without worrying about TPM?
