Windows 11 - visual studio 2019 issue with "seeing" header files

Hi,
I am generally new to macOS and using parallels, I downloaded w11 for arm, installed visual studio without any issue, but then problems come in VS itself, in projects I have to manually open all headers to have workable solution, VS seem to be unable to see them on its own. I program in c++, programs usually compile and build just fine even though they display hundreds of errors due to not seeing headers. But once headers are "opened" it magically gets rid of errors. I suspect its some kind of problem with SDK?? Any ideas or recommendations?

 

I haven't seen this problem with Visual Studio 2022 configured for C#. I've only rebuilt and run a couple of fairly large programs, but they work fine. Very early days, though.
