I upgraded to Catalina, updated to the latest version of Parallels Desktop, reinstalled Parallels Tools on the VM, yet still the following problem persists:

When firing up any of my Windows 2016 VMs, rather than loading the OS, a Boot Manager screen is displayed. Windows 2016 is the only option on the boot manager. Selecting it successfully loads the OS.

Uninstalling and reinstalling Parallels Desktop didn't solve the problem.

  2. Did you get this issue before? Did you test the same behavior with new created vm?
Could you please collect the tech report after the issue reproduced and post the report's id here.

No, this issue never occurred before. It occurs with all of my preexisting Windows 2016 VMs. I haven't tried with a newly created VM.

  4. Could you please also upgrade to the latest build of Parallels Desktop 15 (15.1.0) and let us know how does it work

The latest version of Parallels Desktop is being used. The problem persists. Technical data #324406636 was submitted to you. Screenshot of errant boot manager screen is attached.
