Windows 24H2 will not install on a working 23H2 VM in PD 20

I have 2 different VMs, previously on Beta channel (Insiders), now no longer in Windows Insider.. Running 23H2 on both machines.

If I run PC health check, it says that windows 24h2 is not supported on apple silicon. I thought PD20 was supposed to fix this. Please assist.
