Windows 7 and Snow Leopard

I currently have a macbook with 2.4ghz processor and 4 gb ram.
I am running parallels with windows XP and Snow leopard. The run perfectly together and my computer is quite efficient.

My question is, I want to upgrade my XP to 7 so is my computer capable of running Windows 7 with Snow Leopard efficiently? or will this make my computer very slow?

It will run great. I'm running a 2.8Ghz with 4GB of RAM, SL and 7. The speed has been comparable to XP.
