Windows 7 guest OS screen flickers!

I've installed Windows 7 guest OS through Parallels on my MBP15. Everything works fine, except I realized that when the Win OS is running, the parallels screen will flicker quite frequently. It seems like it is always adjusting the screen resolution. Any solution to fix this? Currently, my screen resolution running Win OS is 1295x754. Tks.
 
P 5 and Win 7

Same problem since installing Win7 64 bit. Occasionally, the problem also causes Outlook to switch from one view to another.
